Use the location of the Notes.INI

In a single user install, it is normally contained in the Notes executable folder. For Notes 8.x the default for this is on Windows is "%ProgramFiles%\IBM\Lotus\Notes".

In a multi-user install, it is normally contained in the Notes data folder. Again for Notes 8.x the default for the Notes data folder location in a multi-user install is "%LocalAppData%\Lotus\Notes\Data".
